Partnering is a major element of the hereUare's business strategy. hereUare intends to stay focused on its core products and offerings. This means they seek Partners who wish to work with them to meet the huge demand for Wi-Fi/WiMax services.

Implementation Partner

hereUare has partnership agreements with local implementation partners to build the Wi-Fi/WiMax infrastructure. An implementation partner will follow hereUare's proprietary methodology in ensuring a successful installation. Typically an implementation partner will be a business that has a successful record of Ethernet wiring in the local area and has a core group of certified and licensed individuals who work closely with hereUare's experts in all phases of the installation process.

Service Provider Partner

A service provider can expand their revenue base by providing wireless access to their customers. By partnering with hereUare, the service provider can extend their service offerings by creating a Wi-Fi/WiMax environment. As part of the partnering effort, hereUare will work closely with the service provider and other partners to successfully install the Wi-Fi/WiMax network. In addition, hereUare's back end solution will provide the billing platform to ensure revenue is collected and shared within the partner framework as per the contractual agreements.

Property Owner Partner

Real estate developers planning to install infrastructure that will support the future needs of their community can partner with hereUare to implement Wi-Fi/WiMax in their development projects. Partnering with hereUare will enhance their value proposition to their customers, resulting in greater revenue potential.

HotSpot Partner

A HotSpot is any business or travel environment, where customers visit to conduct business. An example of a HotSpot is a coffee shop, shopping mall or a train station. The HotSpot partner will use hereUare's network and hardware to establish a Wi-Fi/WiMax service environment in the partner's premises. The partner in return will promote the service for all their patrons in return for a revenue sharing agreement. Additionally, hereUare will work closely with the partner in installing the hardware and software while creating the Wi-Fi/WiMax environment, to provide the necessary marketing materials and train their partners on how to communicate to the patrons on how to use the service.
